Recognizing that its two jurisdictional states have public records access laws that are nonuniform, the Commission provides access to all available recorded information, regardless of whether the information exists in written or electronic format. The Commission’s public access procedures are consistent with the spirit of the two unidentical state laws: the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, 65 P.S. § § 67.101 et seq., and the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Investigative materials, notes, correspondence, videos, and reports require a subpoena/court order and will not be addressed through the Commission’s Right-to-Know policy.
