UHLERSTOWN-FRENCHTOWN BRIDGE -- Special notice for late afternon Friday, Aug. 7 - Motorists approaching the Uhlerstown-Frenchtown Toll-Supported Bridge motorists on Friday afternoon, Aug. 7, could encounter delays of 15 minutes. The travel delay stems from the 39th annual pilgrimage of Polish Catholics from Great Meadows, N.J. to the National Shrine of Our Lade of Czestochowa near Doylestown, PA. Note: During the evening, the bridge's lighting system is expected to display the white and red colors of Poland's flag intermittently with purple for Purple Heart Day.
