First NJ Exit after Easton-Phillipsburg (Route 22) Toll Bridge -- The Route 22 eastbound exit ramp to Broad Street in Phillipsburg, N.J. iis scheduled to be closed for tree-cutting activities 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 pm. Friday, Sept. 20. The exit ramp is immediately after crossing the Easton-Phillipsburg Toll Bridge from Pennsylvania into New Jersey. Motorists are advised to plan alterante routes for accessing Broad and Main streets from Route 22 eastbound in Phillipsburg when the ramp closures is in effect.
