Scudder Falls Bridge Replacement Project – Construction activities on the Pennsylvania side are anticipated to carry over into overnight hours starting Thursday, March 4. Work also is expected to extend into weekend daytime periods. The extended hours are needed to complete critical-path construction tasks before the March 15 start of in-water permit restrictions for annual trout stocking and short-nose sturgeon spawning.
