Eastbound (NJ-bound) traffic on the Lower Trenton Toll-Supported Bridge will be shifted from the downstream truss to the upstream truss from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 9 for repairs to the “Trenton Makes The World Takes” Sign. Both directions of traffic will share the upstream truss while work is ongoing.
Monday, Oct. 12 will be used as a backup date if needed. These travel restrictions are subject to change due to weather, emergencies, and other factors.
Drivers are urged to reduce speeds and exercise caution when approaching the bridge.
