This project consists primarily of roadway repair/rehabilitation work along SR 611 and associated On/Off Ramps in Portland, PA and Rte. 94 and associated On/Off Ramps in Columbia, NJ.  Specific improvements and repairs include, but are not limited to: Roadway Full Depth Reconstruction; Concrete Pavement Repairs; Concrete Joint Cleaning and Sealing; Bridge Decks and Bridge Parapets Concrete Patching and Cleaning and Sealing; Pavement Lines and Markings; and Miscellaneous Street Lighting Work, Curb Repairs, Traffic Counter Loop Installation, and Drainage Maintenance and Modifications.
