Completion of the architectural lighting system on the Northampton Street Toll-Supported Bridge (Easton-Phillipsburg “free bridge”) is on hold pending the delivery of remaining parts.
Off-peak weekday lane closures at the bridge will resume once the remaining electrical components get delivered.
Continuing world-wide supply chain disruptions are cited for the delay of the needed parts to complete the bridge lighting work.
