This project consists primarily of repair/rehabilitation work along US Route 1 including but not limited to: Milling and Overlay of Sections of US Route 1 and Several On/Off Ramps; Pavement Lines and Markings; NJ Ramp C and Ramp N Improvements; NJ Ramp C/Ferry Street Intersection Improvements; Concrete Roadway Repairs; HMA Pavement Crack Sealing; HMA Longitudinal Joint Repairs; Bridge Deck and Bridge Barrier Seal Coats; Bridge Deck Topside and Median Barrier Spall Repairs; Joint Cleaning and Joint Material Replacement; and Miscellaneous Drainage Maintenance.

This Project includes removal and replacement of Guide Rails and Attenuators on an as-needed basis within the Commission jurisdiction in both states of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. All work on this project shall be carried out in accordance to either PennDOT for elements located in Pennsylvania or NJDOT for elements located in New Jersey.
This is a Two (2) Year Contract plus a one (1) year optional renewal that may be exercised at the sole discretion of the Commission.
