The Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission offers E-ZPass QuickStart sign-up sessions at various locations throughout the year.

In 2009, QuickStart availability locations included the Oxford Valley Mall in Bucks County, PA; the Quaker Bridge Mall in Mercer County, NJ; the I-78 Welcome Center in Northampton County, PA; and the Crossings Premium Outlets in Monroe County, PA.

During E-ZPass QuickStart availabilities, Commission customer service representatives are on location to help customers complete a simple application form. Customers are required to pay $25 by major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover) or personal check so they may drive away with an active tag and pre-paid toll credit. Vehicle registration and license number also are required.

Frequent toll bridge users can realize significant savings by using E-ZPass transponders in their vehicles.  Regular commuters with a Commission-issued E-ZPass tag - individuals who make 20 trips within a 35-day period - automatically receive a 40-percent cost reduction that shaves the base 75-cent toll to 45 cents per trip.  Non-DRJTBC E-ZPass tag holders also may receive the commuter discount, but they must first register their transponders as a companion account with the DRJTBC.

For more information on the Commission's E-ZPass program, please check the Toll Rates and Toll Rates Fact Sheet pages under the Bridge Information section on this Web site.  There also is a separate Web site for the DRJTBC's E-ZPass program: www.ezpassdrjtbc.com.

Commission E-ZPass customers with questions about their account or the E-ZPass QuickStart program can contact the Commission's toll-free customer support line at 1-800-363-0049.
