The Professional Services Procurement section of the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission will continue to develop in 2005. New links will be added and will provide additional information for the procurement services. Underlined links are active.
- Anticipated Capital Program Professional Services
Lists the Letters of Interest (LOI's), Requests for Qualifications (RFQ's) and Task Order/Term Agreements (TO) solicitations for the succeeding quarter of the calendar year.
- Current Requests For Letters of Interest
Solicited from firms prequalified in the required disciplines by either New Jersey Department of Transportation or Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. The Commission will prequalify a minimum of three Consultants submitting Letters of Interest and invite them to respond to a project specific Request for Proposal.
- Requests for Qualifications
Solicited from firms when there is not a readily available, established and recognized prequalification in the required specialty/discipline and where the Commission is seeking innovated solutions to a defined problem and when it is more likely that a varied set of skills and knowledge of the state-of-the-art technology is required to arrive at an appropriate solution. The Commission will prequalify a minimum of three Consultants submitting Statements of Qualifications and invite them to respond to a project specific Request for Proposal.
- Task Order/Term Agreements
Solicited from firms prequalified in the required disciplines by either New Jersey Department of Transportation or Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. The Commission will select a Consultants based on the submission of a Letter of Interest.
- LOI Prequalified Consultants
A listing of a minimum of three (3) Consultants who have, based on an evaluation of their Letters of Interest been invited to respond to a project specific Request for Proposal.
- RFQ Prequalified Consultants
A listing of a minimum of three (3) Consultants who have, based on an evaluation of their Statement of Qualifications, been invited to respond to a project specific Request for Proposal.
- Requests for Proposals
A listing of RFP's to include technical, administrative and contractural requirements which have been transmitted to Consultants invited in response to the evaluation of their LOI's or RFQ's.
- Consultant Contract Awards
A listing of Consultants who have, based on an evaluation of their Proposals or LOI in the case of Task Order/Term Agreements have been awarded a Consultant Contract to perform the specified services.
