NEW HOPE, PA - The Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission today announced that the right-hand lane in the northbound direction on the Scudder Falls (I-95) Bridge will be closed Monday, January 11 between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
The lane closure is required to accommodate contractors performing work on the bridge. The planned lane closure is subject to change due to weather, construction, emergency or traffic-related considerations. Motorists are asked to reduce their speed and use caution as they travel through an active work zone.
The Scudder Falls Bridge crosses the Delaware River, linking Lower Makefield Township, Pa. with Ewing Township, N.J. The bridge is the Commission's most heavily used span. It carried a daily average of 58,400 vehicles in 2008.
