The Commission currently operates seven toll bridges crossing the Delaware River, providing all maintenance and capital improvements for these major transportation facilities without drawing upon the funds or credits of the two states. The toll bridges are located at Trenton-Morrisville, New Hope-Lambertville, Interstate 78, Easton-Phillipsburg, Portland-Columbia, Delaware Water Gap Interstate 80, and Milford-Montague. The Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission, by law, must be entirely self-supporting in financing its operations, has no access to taxes and may not pledge the credit of either state.
