A series of overnight lane closures are scheduled to be implemented along the I-78 Toll Bridge and an adjoining approach bridge that crosses Route 611 in Pennsylvania during the week of Sept. 29.
The lane closures are as follows:
- Westbound I-78 at the toll bridge and overpass of PA Route 611 — single-lane travel (two of three lanes closed) 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. (next day) Monday, Sept. 30, through, Friday, Oct. 4.
- Eastbound I-78 at the overpass of PA Route 611 and the I-78 Toll Bridge — single-lane travel (two of three lanes closed) 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. (next day) Monday, Sept. 30, through Friday, Oct. 4.
The lane closures are needed for deck sealing work by a Commission contractor.
Brief travel delays are possble.
Motorists are urged to reduce speeds and exercise caution when traveling through active work areas.
The scheduled travel restrictions are subject to change due to weather, emergencies, and other factors.
