Four overnight detours will be in effect — 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. (next day) — Monday Aug. 12, through Friday, Aug. 16 on portions of the I-295/NJ Route 29 interchange (Exit 76) on the New Jersey side of the Scudder Falls Toll Bridge. The following travel lanes and ramps will be closed and detoured:
- Route 29 SB in the vicinity of the Scudder Falls Toll Bridge – detour via nearby NJ Route 175/River Road/West Upper Ferry Road.
- The entry ramp to I-295 SB from Route 29 – detour via nearby NJ Route 175/River Road/West Upper Ferry Road to Route 29 NB, take left fork for southern roundabout and on-ramp to I-295 SB.
- The slip ramp to Route 29 SB at the exit from I-295 NB (old I-95 SB) to Route 29 – detour via nearby Bernard Drive (first left after interchange) to NJ Route 175/River Road/West Upper Ferry Road.
- The connector lanes between the interchange’s two roundabouts and the entry ramp for the Scudder Falls Toll Bridge Pennsylvania-bound and I-295 WB in Pennsylvania – detour via I-295 SB for a U-turn at the Bear Tavern Road/County Route 579 interchange (Exit 75).
